Well as you all know I recently got my RippinHeads gamertag back. That was a good day to say the least! Well I got another phone call yesterday from the same person who called me about my tag. He said, “Hey Man, How’s it going? I just wanted to make sure you got your tag back and everything is ok?” I said, Yes I got my tag and I couldn’t be happier. His response was… “Well in that case I guess you don’t want your original account back then huh?” I said WHAT! He said “Yes, I was going to send you the info for your account currently labeled “JustKallmeAK47″. As you all know, that was my old account ‘s name after it was stolen.

Of course I was in dis-belief at the entire conversation just as I was the last time I talked to him but at the same time I was like… well he hasn’t let me down yet so maybe, just maybe this is going to happen. Well sure enough within 20 minutes I got the message with all the info and reset instructions. BAM! RippinHeads is back to #2 on HaloCharts and only a few thousand HCS from #1. For reasons I will not discuss here, I have elected to be excluded from the HaloCharts LB’s. Anyway, head over to HaloCharts and check out the All New RippinHeads Halo 3 HC Player Page… It might look familiar! haha! I have had to look at this screenshot on someone else’s account for over 6 months now and I am very excited to say that it is now back where it belongs! w0ot! =D

EDIT- In the past week I have mananged to reclaim my #1 spot on HaloCharts! 50,000 HCS FTW!

What up everyone?! Wow things have been crazy lately! Most of it has been good though so it’s cool. lol Anyway I thought I would drop a blog and bring you all up to speed. First and most importantly and as most of you know, I finally have my RippinHeads GT back in my hands! You can only imagine how I felt on Bungie Day when I got a phone call from MS saying…”Hello is this Tom?… We would like to give your account back to you that was stolen back on Feb. 1^st”. My first response was literally… Yeah right! And I laughed. Then I followed up saying, how do I know this is really MS? Then they gave me all the details as to what happened and then forward me the info. I still didn’t believe them. Sure enough they sent me the info and I recovered it back on my box. Even to this day every time I sign in I still can’t believe I have it back. =)

Secondly let’s talk about The Makeover… Well seeing how I got my GT back I thought it only right to completely makeover the entire site too! Starting with updating the OS in which the site runs on (it was 2 years old) ha-ha after the OS was updated I added some Flaming Recon and flashy RippinHeads type on the banner. I have also re-added my Avatar and a brand new Gamercard ftw! If you have any issues with the site please post them on the “RippinShouts” page. I am also working on a possible Home Page Shoutbox too for all you guys who love to Shout! What do you all think about the new look btw? I love it so far and have plans for some additional features and cool stuff. Yum yum

Moving on I must say I am completely stoked about Reach being here in less than 2 months! As some of you know I am now the Captain of the HaloCharts Comp Team and we are looking to do big things in Reach. We have discussed creating a few GB Teams and are also looking forward to some community challenges as well. If you are interested in challenging one of the HaloCharts Teams in H3 or in Reach (in the future) stop by the HaloCharts Home Page and click the “Challenge a HC Team” Banner on the right hand side. =)

Well I think that is about it for now but don’t worry I think I may come back shortly and post some games! Mythic Brawl weekend is upon us just be sure to watch out for the Pink Breast Cancer Awareness MB boosters! lol to finish up I also decided to rework my HaloCharts Player Page which you should check out and leave a shout on. Firefight is back and better than ever. Firefight is integrated into Halo: Reach’s matchmaking and topped off with an insane side of complete player customization, right down to each Set, Round, and Wave. And that’s just the beginning of the control you have over the experience.

This is going to be awesome! You get to completely cutomize firefight from the level of health your enemies have, to which enemies you will fight, how many enemies come at you and like it says above each set, round and wave. In simple terms you will be able to “Forge” in firefight. Halo: Reach Style!

Well for the guys that have been following me for the last couple years you probably remember seeing the screenshot below and how freakin pumped I was when I got it… yes, Im talking about the amazingly rare Mmm Braaaains! medal. haha

Before my RippinHeads account was stolen I was one of only a handful in the World to ever fill up their entire medal chest 100% Legit. Everyone gets pissed and ends up boosting the Mmm Braaaains! and Unstoppable! medals. Kinda sad but yeah they do it.

Out of bordom I decided to start playing LD again last night. Needless to say I have missed it and it has missed me. lol Other then 2 games I got booted from I am undefeated on my HC Rippin account. I currently have a 3.84 k/d in LD but the higher I get in exp the more I get betrayed. Go figure. =P

Well the reason for this quick blog was to basically make myself feel bad for not getting another Mmm Braaaains! medal last night. haha In this Creeping Death game on The Pit last night I almost pooped my pants. No really… I did! lol Basically I ran the map just as I did the last time I got the Mmm Braaaains medal but this time being that it was Creeping Death I was locked n loaded with my Gravity Hammer and Inviz.

I spawned as the only Zombie… First I teased a few spartans at the Oversheild making them commit just as I grabbed it and the double kill. Then I lifted up to the opposite turret where I snagged another double including the turret guy. From there I made my way upstairs to find someone who had been betrayed. Lucky for me that poor soul spawned in shotty next to his buddy who had betrayed him so that makes 6 kills and the Infection Spree for me. Mmm

At this point there were 6 new Zombies on the Map which had all spawned back on the other side by the Snipe tower. I had to be quick to snag 4 more kills before those Zombies stole my Braaaains! I looped back through the long hall and found 2 by my original 2nd BR spawn, that makes 8!

As I recovered my shields I started heading back towards my original spawn to find a red dot on my radar in the shotty room. Sure enough as I jump up on the ledge and look in there are 2 spartans 1 ontop the other crouching(thinking that I cant see them on radar, lol) I immediatly ran in for the double kill to get my Mmm Braaaains and bam! I got a kill and it said GAME OVER!

Yes, My spree stopped at 9 because I did not get the double kill… One of my fellow Zombies finally figured out that I was getting all the kills and just as I had hammered for the doublle kill the other Zombie hit the corner of the wall as they came into the shotty room and stole my final kill! RRR… Moral of the Story? I have no idea! I am still pissed… lol
