I just found out that this Killionaire screenshot took 1st place in the weekly contest over at HaloCharts! I am the proud new owner of a Sgt. Johnson Action Figure. lol, He came with a detachable Spartan Laser and Tripmine. I think I will sit him on my xbox and snap a picute for you guys. lol

Hey Everyone, I just wanted to get a feel from the RH.com community in regards to the MLG playlist in general. I have been playing MLG the last couple weeks in the hunt for a 50 and I managed to get a 47 with roughly a 80% win ratio. Not bad. At that point I was thinking “Looks like I will be getting a 50 in MLG right?”

Wrong…

Well let me just say that I am officially done with the MLG playlist until Bungie/XBOX Live figures out a way to prevent network manipulation in game. I decided to run 3′s last night to see how it would go. The first 2 games of the night we pulled host. Bam! Our host gets booted and we are stuck playing 2v3 FTL. We thought oh this must just be bad luck so we continued. The next 3 games we did not pull host… instead the other team was bridging to steal host and kept us yellow/red bar 90% of the games FTL.

At that point we pushed on running 2′s again like we had been the last few nights. These 2 games were the Icing on the cake. Back to back games with teamates in private chats or with no mics at all. Yum Yum Yum Yum Yum

With all of that said let me get back to the title of the Blog… Why don’t YOU play MLG anymore?

p.s. Shoutout to xorth from HaloCharts.com for telling me just yesturday that once I get above 45 in MLG that I would get cheated every other game. Thanks a lot! lol

If you don’t know what the word “Prone” means, it’s a position used in combat in which you are lying down on your stomach… So on to my question. What would you think if Halo:ODST introduced this “Prone” position?

I think It would open new doors as far as being able to stay hidden or get a better angle when sniping, making it harder for your opponent to see you. If you’ve ever played Call Of Duty you know what I mean.

Also what would you think if Halo:ODST introduced a “Silencer” on various weapons, Meaning you wouldn’t be able to hear that person shooting behind you. Or what if they just put a silenced sniper rifle in the game?

These are all questions I think people are wondering. How is Halo:ODST going to be unlike any other Halo game out there?

Hey Guys, First let me just say that I have not played Halo since the Bungie vs. The World playlist on Tuesday and I will likely not be back on til later this weekend. I must say that I have never played for 24 straight before and I am still feeling it. Plus after spending almost 5 months getting my #1 spot back on HC I think I deserve a break. lol

I did however have a blast playing on all of the community maps. I don’t think I can tell you which was my favorite because I really enjoy them all… except “Colonnade” of course because every time you vetoed any other game you got that map. It got old after about the 30th time. Haha.

Well as you can see from the title of this Blog… I finally have Recon Armor! I had my fingers crossed in the hopes to win Recon seeing how it was almost impossible for me to match with Bungie do to the fact that there were sooo many players in the playlist.(peek was 183,000!) I did somehow match up with almost every one of my friends at some point or another during the 24 hours that I played. lol

As far as keeping my fingers crossed I was refering to the fact that I was able to pull off 77 exp in the Bungie vs. The World playlist. 77 as in 7 on the 7th is what I was hoping. That was my goal for the day and I managed to pull it off. Here is a thread that I posted on HaloCharts in regards to what YOU did as a “Dedication to the #7″   Check it out! =)

 This is a great accomplishment for Rippin, In only 5 months he was able to get his 5 Star General! He fought so hard to get that number one spot back! He got it and now he has his 5 star General too! 

What’s next after his 5 star general You ask? We’ll have to wait and see! You can click the insignia to see the game that gave RippinHeads his 5 Star General.

Hey Everyone! I just wanted to let you all know that RippinHeads.com now has an Assistant Editor. His name is Halo Recon and I am happy to have him on board. Halo Recon has come to me with some Great ideas for the site and I have decided to let him show us what he’s got.

The main reason I have promoted Halo Recon to be my Assistant Editor is the fact that I get hundreds of messages a week asking why I don’t post new blogs everyday like I use to. Well to be honest between trying to take the #1 spot back on HaloCharts and spending time with the family I have had very little time to spend on the site.

With Halo Recon coming on board as my Assistant Editor he will likely be keeping a daily Blog rolling which will hopefully include a “Game of The Day” and any other fun and exciting News that comes up!
